Lands in your bank

GH₵48.98

That's 98% of your ticket price, paid straight to you.

For one ticket in an order. Paystack charges 1.95% in Ghana; it can differ a little by payment method.

Where the money goes.

  1. The buyer pays

Your ticket price plus the booking fee, by card, bank transfer or mobile money.

  2. Paystack splits it

On the spot. Our fee goes to us, Paystack keeps its processing fee, and the rest is yours.

  3. You get paid

Your share goes straight to your bank or mobile money account on Paystack's normal payout schedule.

  4. We never hold it

Your ticket money never sits with OnePass. No payout requests, no waiting on us.

And Paystack's part?

Paystack runs the payment itself and charges a processing fee for it. That fee isn't ours, and it's the same one you'd pay on any Paystack checkout. It comes out of your share, and the calculator above already counts it, so the number you see is the number you get.

Paystack processing fees

  • Ghana1.95%
  • Kenya2.9% on cards (1.5% on M-Pesa)
  • Nigeria1.5% + ₦100 (no ₦100 under ₦2,500, never more than ₦2,000)
  • AbroadInternational cards cost a bit more, about 3.9%

Paystack's published local rates, October 2026. Paystack sets these, not OnePass, and can change them.

Good to know.

Free tickets cost nothing

No payment, no fees, for you or your guests.

Bigger orders, better for you

The fixed parts of the fees are charged once per order, not per ticket. Four tickets in one checkout leave you a little more per ticket than four separate checkouts.

Promo codes

Fees are worked out on the price after the discount, so a promo never costs you extra.

Your dashboard does the maths

When you set a ticket price, your dashboard shows what the buyer pays and what you get, live. Want an exact amount? It can work the price out for you.

Using your own Paystack account

Some organizers are paid through their own Paystack instead of ours. Then the full payment lands with you, and our fee comes on a simple monthly invoice. You end up with the same amount.
